The Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap that we use and sell is manufactured by Neffy Wrap in the United States of America. These are made and manufactured in the USA.These carbon fiber vinyl wraps feature the thinnest dry carbon fiber fabric available with the highest quality.

These Carbon Wraps are dry carbon with also giving a reflection of incoming light. It is made of a super thin 0.4mm composite fiber and is extraordinarily elastic, perfect for wrapping around corners and edges of any surface without damaging the weave.

As the Carbon Fiber wrap is actual carbon fiber weaved and not carbon printed like the 3M DI-NOC the quality and look is superior to its competitors.

The dry Carbon fiber material is waterproof and also UV rays resistant and is recommended for exterior application for at least 1 year.

Neffy Wrap is a new craze that started as an automotive trend but is quickly spreading through all enthusiast communities.

How To Start Carbon Wrapping with Neffy Wrap

1. Remove part you are wrapping, and clean thoroughly with alcohol wipes. Then cut Neffy Wrap to approximate size of part being wrapped, leaving overhang in case of misalignment.

2. Apply a nice even thick coat of 3M Super 77 or 90 adhesive spray. Let 3M77 adhesive tack for 30 seconds, or 60 seconds 3M90.

3. Overlay Neffy Wrap piece precut from Step1 and work your way from inside out. Make sure you work all the wrinkles off. If you mess up just peel upwards and redo the section. The adhesive will take care of any errors.

4. Let your piece dry, and then flip it backwards to take care of the cutouts, vents, gauges, etc. Trim about 1/4 along the inside edge of the opening. Once finished, cut slits at the corners for nice tight corner wraps.

5. Apply adhesive to the edges of the sections being wrapped and fold over the 1/4 overhangs nice and tightly. Do this for both the outside edges, and the cutout edges. Your piece should be coming along nicely by now

6. Flip around and feast your eyes on some wonderful carbon fiber fabric goodness

Honda Civic FN2R GruppeM carbon air intake system installed

Gruppem for the Civic FN2R has now landed Down under First buyer was RJ with his beautiful Black Civic FN2R. The intake is huge, compared to the Honda DC5/EP3 typeR GruppeM Carbon intake, which is why the price is more for these intake kits. The Design of the intake seems to grab the air from the front and passing through the cowl attached to the bonnet underneath which leads to the covered carbon box.

The cross over on the Civic TypeR for i-vtec is arguable but with first hand experience on the Honda Integra TypeR GruppeM i can\t argue my case. Rj\s reponse to myself, he has no issues with the vtec crossover on the Civic TypeR. You can find his personal review here.

You can find more pictures and reviews on the hondatech.com.au forum.

As these are new, more Honda Civic FN2R buyers have put up there hand and are keen on the intake. Hopefully i can still provide great prices.

They are complete and the air intake duct kit which equips with KN replacement filter, super enlarges an air introduction duct, and can introduce a lot of direct air.

The volume of inhalation with an original duct was measured using the flow tester, and duct capacity was expanded. It designed to the same duct capacity also as right and left, confirming balance on either side.

Kamp;N Air Filter Maintenance for GruppeM Intake Systems

STEP 1. Remove the filter from the vehicle cleaner case, and use a soft brush to get rid of large dirt particles.

STEP 2. Spray liberal amounts of the filter washer fluid on the filter, and let stand for 30 minutes (adjust the length of time according to the degree of dirt build-up).
*Note : Do not use high-pressure washing, steam cleaning, or solvents such as part cleaners, or gasoline, as these may damage the main body of the filter.

STEP 3. Rinse the filter from the engine side to the outer side using a gentle stream of water (be sure to avoid strong water pressure). After that, shake off all the excess water and let it dry in the shade.
*Note : Do not attempt to accelerate drying with an air compressor or drier, as the main body of the filter may become damaged and unusable.
*Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all the dirt has been removed.

STEP 4. After it has dried, lightly spray the filter oil along the filter pleats from the outer side. Be careful not to apply too much oil as it will further penetrate and permeate the entire filter when left to sit for 5 minutes. If there still appear to be white spots after this time, lightly sprays those areas again.
If oil other than the special filter oil is used, such as ATF, engine oil, gasoline, light oil, or lubricating oil, it may result in damage to the filter or cause engine problems. Only the special filter oil can be used. Also do not use the filter under any circumstances if the oil has not been applied.
