Website Prices

Website prices are always in AUD if not stated otherwise. Prices for all products manufactured by GruppeM, KNN and Neffy Wrap all exclude shipping to your location. Please checkout to view the shipping price to your address.

Shipping Methods

All products are shipped out from one of our locations in Australia, we do however drop ships some products.

Depending on the size of packages, most are sent via express post packages.

All products shipped from xposed are shipped via Australia Post and require a signature when delivered. Smaller packages however may not require a signature.

The order will be sent to your nearest Australia post locations if you are unable to sign for the package.

Delivery time for large packages are usually 3-4 business days which tracking details are provided once the package has been sent out.

International Shipping

We can post world wide, the prices for shipping outside of Australia are simlar prices. The prices shown for shipping on each item is for Oceania, North America, Central America, Middle East and Europe. This is posted via EMS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location.

All international packages are tracked and insured to ensure no packages are lost in between. This protects both parties

Any items that require postage to Asia please Contact Us for a quote on shipping prices.

Returns and Cancellation

If a product is ordered and not wanted or cancelled, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping however is not refundable in either direction.

All items returned MUST be reported within 30 days of the original purchase date. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days.

If the package is returned to xposed or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 35% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by xposed, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

For circumstances where cancellations are permitted and payment was made via PayPal, fees for processing payment are not refunded.
