Order Process

The display of goods and services on the platform constitutes an invitation to treat only, and is not an offer to sell. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that we may, at our discretion, accept. The contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched to you.

Payment

Payment for goods and services can be made using the payment methods specified on the platform. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address specified by you at the time of order. We will use reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In the event that we are unable to meet the agreed delivery date, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Returns and Refunds

You may return goods that are defective or not as described, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. In the event that you receive goods that are defective or not as described, you should contact us promptly, and we will arrange for the goods to be returned to us.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the platform is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.
