The Gruppe-M RAM air filter intake system can stop heat temperature inside engine room and can leads cool fresh air from front section.

Maintenance
The K&N filter can be regenerated to as new condition with washing to give a wonderfully long life. The filter can be disassembled and washed to remove ingrained dirt without damaging the cotton. After washing and drying, by the application of filter oil, the filter is restored, showing 100% capability again

Seco-nd, this improves the look of the EVO X engine bay by 100 times. The stock airbox is ugly, and the Gruppe M is a massive improvement.

Third, you can really hear the turbo suck in the air now. It sounds so much better.
Four-th, you can feel the improved throttle response, its alot ore crisp now, it feel's great.
Lastl-y, the butt dyno is telling me this is make more power then stock for sure. It seems to pull harder especially up top. This will only be improved with a tune.

This is one of the best intakes for the Evo X money can buy. Installation is very straight forward and simple to do. Once installed you will notice the suction noise is improved and allows the engine to breath better than the stock airbox. This unit improves the appearance of the engine bay 100 fold. Be the envy of all your friends and purchase this unit, you will not regret it. The way this intake works is from it sucking cold air from the front of the vehicle to the right of the mitsubishi emblem, with shielding from the hot engine bay so the unit keeps cool. You also get a flawless radiator cooling panel to tie in with the GruppeM. Along with looks, the response of throttle is improved as it feels a little bit sharper. Good gains can be make over the stock airbox upon a tune. Thanks for an awesome product.
